Time: 1:00 p.m. ET/12:00 p.m. CT/11:00 a.m. MT/10:00 a.m. PT
Call in: 605-475-4875, 332331#
CALL SUMMARY:
An important consideration in the design of any training program is the preferred styles of learning that participants possess. The term ‘Learning Style’ refers to how each individual prefers to take in new information and process it in their brains. These various intake styles indicate how each of us will likely learn, and must be honored during a training program for participants to feel engaged in the training.
Come to the call on Tuesday, August 24th to take a closer look at the learning characteristics, behaviors and techniques of these important learning styles. We will also explore the strengths, needs, and learning methods that works best for each style. We will also look at what it takes to manage an audience of diverse learning styles, and we will give you some valuable strategies on how you can quickly adjust when you experience a disconnect between someone else’s preferred way of learning and your own when facilitating a training program.

Date: Monday, August 30th
Time: 3:00 p.m. ET/2:00 p.m. CT/1:00 p.m. MT/12:00 p.m. PT
Call in: 605-475-4875, 332331#
CALL SUMMARY:
When communicating to your contact database and your target market, there are three primary purposes for communication – to attract, to nurture and to convert.
Once a prospect becomes aware of you, they need time to get to know you before they will be ready to convert to a client. This involves regular communications that provide value, maintain interest, and create need. This process is called ‘nurturing’.
This call will talk about how to effectively nurture relationships with your prospects so that they will stay engaged with you until they are ready to become clients.
